One-to-one Counselling service

I will offer you a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space where you can talk about any issues from your past or present. I am a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Registered Integrative Counsellor and I offer short and long term counselling sessions.

Focus of counselling sessions

I will work alongside you to help you explore and focus on issues that may be affecting you. I provide a space where we will work together to enable you to look at how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours could be affecting your life. I also ensure that you feel you are getting the best out of your sessions by providing client autonomy. I will also give you the opportunity to work with mood cards, visual exercises, stones and other CBT exercises.

Issues for exploration

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling I will try and help you to look at life in a different way and look at ways to think and feel differently.

Trauma

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post traumatic events. I will work with you to guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Any other issues which require counselling

We can discuss any issues that you are dealing with which are having an effect on your life. A safe space where you will be accepted and can speak about anything without judgement is something which I can provide.
